My other bestfriend...

"PMS is a constellation of physical and behavioral symptoms that repetitively occur during the 2nd half of the menstrual cycle.

80% of women suffer from symptoms of PMS.

Symptoms occur only during the 2nd half of the menstrual cycle :
- extreme fatigue
- abdominal bloating
- mood lability
- marked increase in appetite
- breast tenderness
- headache
- forgetfullness / difficulty concentrating
- feeling sad, hopeless or self-deprecating
- feeling tense, anxious or "on-edge"
- persistent irritability, anger and increased interpersonal conflicts

Patient will be symptom-free during the FOLLICULAR PHASE"

OMG... i think i belong to that 80% group who experience PMS. i need help! hehe
